Notice of Election

| Pursuant to the Charter of the City of Adel and the Georgia
Election Code, an election will be heil in the City of Adel on
November 3, 2015 for the purpose of electing the positions of
Mayor, Council Member for District #1/Post #2 and Council Member
for District #2/Post #2. Incumbents for said offices are as follows: |
| Luther L. Duke, III - Mayor Gregory L. Paige - District #1/Post #2 Otis P. Fausett, Jr. - District #2/Post #2 |
| Qualifying fees are $63 for Mayor and $45 for Council. Each candidate shall file his/her Notice of Candidacy in the office of Rhonda Rowe, City Clerk at the Adel City Hall, Adel, Georgia. Forms for filing such notice of candidacy are available at the office of the City Clerk. Qualifying begins on Monday, August 31, 2015 at 8:30 am and ends Friday, September 4, 2015 at 4:30 pm. October 5, 2015 is the deadline to register to be eligible to vote in the November 3, 2015 municipal election. |
